EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE – call 0800 1388 114
In the event of an emergency (which might not be insured) affecting your premises which causes damage or potential danger we will contact a suitable contractor and arrange assistance on your behalf. All contractors' charges are your responsibility although if we accept a claim for damage arising from the emergency such charges will be paid by us subject to the Policy terms and conditions.

We will provide all Insured Persons (including any member of their immediate family who permanently lives with them) with a confidential telephone counselling service. Where appropriate, this includes onward referral to relevant voluntary and/or professional services.

GLASS REPLACEMENT SERVICE – call 0800 1388 116
Broken glass is unsightly and inconvenient. In external external doors and windows it also presents a security risk. You can get a quick and efficient replacement service for fixed internal and external glass 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can have your broken glass replaced at a time suitable to you. This service is completely FREE, the cost is settled between us and the supplier.
If your policy does not provide cover for damage to glass then you can still use this service, but you will be responsible for all costs incurred.
If your Policy terms require you to pay the first amount of any claim, or if you are VAT registered, you will be invoiced directly by the supplier for these items. (Note: to use any other repairer will not affect your right to claim).
