Congregational welcomes new
Claims Manager

Andrew Morgan joined Congregational as Claims Manager last year, working across both the Home and Church divisions of the organisation.

Andrew previously worked for RBS Insurance where he ran a specialist claims team dealing with large and complex losses for a number of brands within the RBS stable. Prior to this he worked in a technical claims handling role at RBS Insurance. Andrew’s career began with Ellis & Buckle Loss Adjusters in 1998 and his experience has also stretched to claims roles abroad, including working for a major Australian insurer.

Commenting on his work since his appointment, Andrew said: “I have been very pleased with the progress we have made in developing our claims service. We’ve undertaken a thorough review of our operations and recruited additional staff. These initial steps have allowed us to build upon our reputation for providing customer service excellence and will enable us to continue to meet the expectations of all our clients in the event of a claim.”
